The tabs are 400IU, so I take ten (they're small tabs). I don't know whether size and weight comes into it - I'm 6'2'' and 220lbs. As soon as Spring comes (way off), I'll reduce by half and get out in the sunshine.

Try that for 3 months then get your D levels checked. There are to specific test 25-Hydroxy and the 1.25-Hydroxy
