arrggh HELP!

So, a little background. I am a 27 yr old Male who started taking Avonex last year, I had one very severe attack in August 05 after critical lung surgery (do not smoke people, haha) where i was left without use to the left side of my body. But since then I have been a picture of health. For certain people's comfort of mind, since I got diagnosed I have met the most beautiful woman who is now my fiance.. (beautiful things do happen). I seem to take to Avonex very well, side effects? yeah, alittle, but as I said, I have not felt like I have MS for a year now. I like to think Avonex works with my life changes of stopping smoking, healthy diet, and vitamins (b complex, magnesium).

So here comes what is weighing me down. I found out 3 days ago my fiance is pregnant(yes, unplanned). So there was no break in my treatment.. I have called the Avonex help line in the UK and they were very sketchy. Took my details as if I AM THE ONE who is testing this out for research. WTF. How long has Avonex been around. Surely they could give me evidence of certain cases. So, ive called my doctor and he basically said that it is generally the woman who if taking Avonex should have slight concerns and stop straight away..

Is anyone reading this who have been in the same situation, does anyone know anything through experiences. Please tell me some good news and that my swimmers are not swimming around with a chemical glow..

suddenly the happiest day of my life has turn to fear..

Thank you

avonex forum maybe?

thank you for replying.. Yeah I have also posted in the avonex part. I guess I should have added on is this post that any information or advice from guys who have young children and have MS would also be of great help.

Thank you again
