bbb strengthening diet?

hi there, im new ..whas reading a few posts that mention BBB strengthening diets.
could someone point me in the direction of some details?

you probably found this thread, but it has a few links/info about things that reduce BBB permeability; including some diet items (ie food stuff).

As for specific diets (ie food) I think the "Best Bet Diet" is based around leaky gut and food that will strengthen the BBB. You can find the diet at:
