Hi Robbie,

I'm pretty much like you where than can be a fair degree of variability as to how I feel and move from day to day and at different times during the day, moreso than regular people. but still within the band range of my EDSS score which is about 6-6.5.

I also have tried to assess what I'm doing right so I can do more of it.......but it doesn't seem that simple.

Some obvious things exist such as high humidity levels, heat, stress, lack of sleep, over-exercise, afternoons - all negatves. And positives being the opposites viz cooler weather, mornings, evenings etc etc. I even find Sundays worse than Saturdays for some reason.

But even putting those things aside there are days when you feel fantastic and the feet lift freely off the floor whilst other days you can have braincramp and your feet don't do what they're told.

Like all things MS, I have found that others can't completely relate. Unfortunately I don't have the answers - maybe the good days are just luck, serendipity or whatever.

Teaser,

I didn't think anyone else had the Sat. and Sun. thing going on. I am the same way. I think that if you are still employed, that the weekend, although the time to recharge, gets screwed up since we are out of our routine. I have been getting up within and hour of my weekday wake up time and doing my full morning ritual, shower, shave, etc. It seems to help a bit. I just have a major time getting going on Sundays and actually look forward to the distraction of work on Mondays. Veerd!
