I seem to have misplaced mine in the past few years. Worrying, since I'm at an age where I should have increased urges. They're simply not there, at all.

At first I thought that having surgery for endometriosis 4-5 years ago was the reason. Now I'm wondering if I can point back to MS as the culprit.

Anyone else have these problems? I'm taking Chaste Tree at the suggestion of my nutritionist/natural doctor along with various other vitamins/minerals. It's supposed to regulate hormones.

reproductive function/fertility... zinc important.
ms patients... low in zinc (like me, quite deficient)
where is the zinc?.. eat up those oysters, liver mmmm :S, red meat hehehe

or just take some zinc pills. doc has me on 100mg per day which i understand to be middle-of-the-road in treating deficiency. some take 50, some 150. i have a requisition kicking around which i need to deal with to get some updated numbers.

zinc is also very important for helping your body process magnesium. magnesium seems to be an issue for a few of us here. i'm hoping that fixing my zinc issue lets me hold onto magnesium better, so i don't have to take it all the time!

I'm taking zinc daily as well. Taking several vitamins/minerals in fact. I guess I'll give it some more time. I had been diligent with zinc daily (50mg) for a long while, then I stopped, now I'm back on it (a week now). I'll give it time.

I am also taking potassium iodine, which I am already able to see positive effects of (dark circles under eyes beginning to disappear).
