Another thing to watch out for:
My husband used copax for about a year, I think....he was very thin and it started to happen more often, that with an injection, he would break out in hives and get the shakes.....he would be chattering his teeth as if he were freezing.....it really was something, so we stopped. He feels a lot better on nothing than on anything, but his MS does not appear to be the constant relapse remitting kind.....just the slow progressive type. Anyhow, he's gained weight (which he needed) since stopping as well.

Could very well be. I have had quite crazy reactions to drugs in the past. I had this fear beginning Copax. Haven't had any issues that lead me to believe allergy thus far, thankfully!

Don't worry! I gained because I had lost for the wrong reasons... stress, and worry. I wasn't eating properly as a result. When I got my meds it was a relief, so I went back to eating properly, and gained slowly, which was good in my case :)

Don't worry, MrsGeorge, I lost weight on the Copaxone. As was said, everybody's different.
