My loving wife has gotten this multivitamin for us.

Anyone else used it?

It sounds great to have one pill only, instead of a handful. I just wonder whether the ingredients necessary for our illness are in dosages enough to take effect 1st, and 2nd the other ingredients aren't they well, not harmful but incompatible with our ms drugs.
I must confess, I am quite tempted though...

LH the amounts aren't quite there in a few areas, but one shouldn't take more than one a day because it's quite topped up in others.
in general, multis are for healthy people eating a varied diet. for us, it's not a bad foundation but you can see where we have to crank it up on certain items.
i couldn't say about ingredients conflicting with drugs, i haven't looked into that very much. i suppose you mean the herbals?

The herbals, yes. And others too. I haven't looked too closely at the ingredients here, but I know there are some that for ex boost the immune system, etc. and they are not quite for us, I think.

careful not to dump all immune boosters in the round file LH. d3 "boosts" the immune system and we're all gulping it down like crazy people!
