less intended. magnesium is hard for people to absorb so many of us here, with a few exceptions, find it to be quite laxative.
mag citrate is supposed to be one of the more absorbable forms so it stays in you longer, hopefully getting absorbed.
i find if i get up in the neighbourhood of 750mg per day i have to be pretty careful!

Hi all, not been on as still not good. I do take Vit D but I now have steroid tablets which I have started this afternoon. Whether it is mind over matter but just used stick and went outside for a minute. Not sure how quick they work but I havent left the armchair for over a week and was going stir-crazy.

Bidding on a chair on Ebay so will hopefully get that and use it a bit when I am not as good. I will never moan again about a limp, as this has really brought this home to me how lucky I was. My daughter is in a stage show this evening as I cant go. How I pray for a cure, one day Im sure.

Hi Westwood -

a few years ago I was using solumedral IV which is a steroid wih minimal side effects. I stopped because i became immune - my antibodies burst that bubble. The effect was quick and it did hwlp at the time.

there are medical equipt shops that one can rent a chair for a day, wk etc. maybe if ther is one near you ...you won't miss your daughters show.
