Muscle Soreness

Hello,

I have a question for you. About a year ago the muscles in my legs felt really tight and sore. I had not been involved in any strenuous activity that would cause them to feel like that. It was enough pain to make it hard to fall asleep. It lasted a little over a week and then just went away.

Lately I will wake up and the muscles in my thighs feel like I have walked miles and miles the day before, but I have not. The pain will last for a couple of days. This is getting to be a regular occurence. Does anyone else have muscle problems like this due to their MS? If so what helps it?

I am a spasm-y type person and I take baclofen at bedtime which helps. It makes me a little sleepy and weak during the day so I do not take it then. For me when I wake up and the baclofen is wearing off I have more spasms for a while

My thighs get very sore, which I think is related to spasticity. I take Baclofen before bed, and it really helps both with sleep and with my leg comfort.
