My legs feel like Jello

Hi there,

I have not been dx with MS but I have had a lot of "MS like symptoms" according to the doctor. For a couple years I have had terrible tingling in my legs, but nothing too major, it just felt uncomfortable, then in the last month or so I have had considerable weakness in my legs. I find it hard to walk long distances as my legs feel like jello... it's really starting to get worse and worse. What can I do about this? If this is not MS, what is it? And will I lose the ability to walk? Is this all in my head?

Please help.

First take a deep breath. It could be lots of things. Have you gone back to the doctor? It may be time for them to run more tests. With my MS my legs would feel weak during a relapse and then once on steroids, I would regain strength. If this is what you're going through, there are things that can help. Best not to get ahead of yourself and start thinking the worst. Hang in there.

I was pretty much going to say what scooby said. Get thee to a dr but try not to panic. With our bodies, there can be so many causes fo symptoms but we are inclined to look for the worst.

Try to get some answers before you panic and let us know how it's going. Hope everything turns out ok for you.
