Pain in lower leg

Well, a new symptom seems to be rearing its ugly head with my wife. At night the inside portion of her lower right leg is starting to feel like someone is putting pressure on it. Not an intense sharp pain, but more of a throb. If you were to place your right ankle on your left knee and put you hand about 5 or so inches above your right ankle, that is about where the pain is happening. This is her 'bad' leg that she has little control over anymore.

Anyone else experience anything like this and have any suggestions on how to manage it? Its definitely making sleeping more of a challenge than it already is for her.

Do you still sleep inclined? If yes then this is probably a good sign.
