Could this be MS?

I have a long history of unexplained symptoms.
It started as a "warm" feeling in my right foot. Then I got tingly sensations in my legs that came and went, as well as a "buzzing" feeling in my right shoulder area. I still have these symptoms, many of them have come and gone but I always have to deal with them.
Lately my right foot has had this tight feeling, like the muscles are not flexible, and it becomes awkward to walk. It almost feels like the bottom of my foot is a little numb (very difficult to explain this).
I also have noticed the vision in my left eye is very blurry. I often see spots in my vision, and my night time vision has been increasingly bad. If I cover my right eye, my vision in my left eye is so poor I can't even make out the words on this screen.
My head feels like it's filled with cotton, this one is not easy for me to explain but I get these sensations that come and go, sort of like a headache but not painful, it's very dull and it feels like when you first wake up in the morning.
And lastly, and most bothersome is my legs. They constantly tingly and burn, all the time. Some days they feel quite wobbly, and it is more difficult to walk, like I am walking like jello. I get these sensations in both legs, and sometimes in combination with the feeling I described in my right foot (almost never in my left foot).
These are just the tip of the iceburg, I have so many other weird sensations that truly bother me, but these are the most apparant. Does anyone else suffer from them? Does it sound like MS or am I just crazy? I want to see the doctor because some of these symptoms are very new, and might lead to my diagnosis. I am tired of not knowing what it is. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS. I seriously cannot stand not knowing any longer, it is killing me.
