Getting ridiculous

I've been taking LDN for 3+ years now...no progression, no MS symptoms. Unlike the approved MS drugs, LDN is cheap, safe and is proven to do no harm. Is it responsible for my long remission (I also take copaxone)? I don't know, but I don't want to take any chances either. My prescribing doc in Ohio recently passed away and I'm struggling to find another doc to continue the prescription. I find it a bit sad that I can go to any neuro in the country and get a prescription for injectible immunosuppresants but they freak out when I ask for LDN. These clowns don't know much more about MS than the avg. guy on the street but they are certain that LDN doesn't work. Or could it be that the drug companies aren't padding their pockets to write LDN scrips? Anyway, does anyone know of any docs who will write a prescription in Ohio or do a phone consult?

Many thanks.

Same problem here in Greece with doctors, although I do believe LDN works much better than any of the known immunosuppresants!
I have two friends one of them with MS since 1992 that couldn't walk even 5 steps and is the first time in his recent life that walks unassisted 10-15 meters!!!
He started Best Bet Diet, supplementation and 3mg LDN before only two months!
I couldn't say LDN works the same for everyone but these two cases are an eye-opener to me.

I have been on LDN for about four months now. This past week was my neuro appt - he noted a little increase in strength. It seems to me that my balance is better also. But, to put in perspective - I have been playing nine holes of golf twice weekly this summer, so the symptom improvement might be from an increase in my exercise.

Good Luck
