Sharon,
I sent an e-mail with the clinical research data and the abstract from the World Congress and invited her to show me any documentation for her claims.
It may be time for me to call the RMMSC. I also think they are doing a Campath trial.

Hi All,
Other than DIM's initial response(lactose) to this, does anyone else have an opinion good or bad about following this procedure. It would sure make life easier and cheaper to go this route.

P.S. Is there any data, anecdotal or other wise concerning length of time one could/should take LDN.
Thanks,
Lars

Science was not my best subject in school, so for me personally, I would probably not trust myself to make my own LDN. That being said, if you read other LDN forums you will find people that have made the LDN. I would personally take the easy path and call Dr. Grossman in Lakewood - he will probably want a copy of some personal medical records - he will do a phone consult - prescribe and order the LDN and Belmar Pharmacy will ship it to you (no shipping charges).

I will be interested to hear if the doctor responds to your request for actual data showing that LDN causes death. She may be referring to the full dose (50 mg) of Naltrexone.

Now, your question about how long you can take LDN? According to Dr. Bihari, he has had patients (not only MS, but HIV and cancer) on it for many years - I believe his first MS patient is still on it after 19 years. Have you looked at all the LDN websites?

Dr. Lawrence from the msrc website will answer your emails

(there is also a LDN Yahoo forum)

Oh, just an FYI - Dr. Grossman does want his patients to get annual blood tests for liver and kidney panels - these panels are always included in a normal (regular) blood draw.

I have found a pharmacy to order LDN in 50 mg form. I plan to make liquid LDN. Their name brand is Naltima and they assure me it is exactly the same as Revia (did I spell that right?). anyone know for sure?
Thanks,
Lars

Sharon,
I got an e-mail from the LDN website. Naltima=Revia=Naltrexone.
