Alternative ways to boost endorphin

Hello,

LDN is supposedly working because it increases the body's endorphin production as such improving the immune system's ability to fight infections. The following link gives some alternative ways to increase endorphin. Have a look at http://www.healingsprings.com/ENDORPHINS.htm. Some of the conclusions are to laugh more, eat more chocolate and hot peppers, go jogging and have more sex. How can we argue with that?

Best wishes to all,

Just want to say you can't argue with that! :)

The local paper did an article for Valentine's Day: A kiss isn't just a kiss and says the following about endorphins.
These neurotransmitters are released when a stressful or painful situation arises. There are three major types of endorphins, but beta endorphins, found primarily in the hypothalmus, give the most euphoric effect to the brain and are the most effective. Besides behaving as a pain regulator, endorphins are thought to be connected to physiological processes including euphoric feelings, appetite modulation and the release of sex hormones.
The article begins, What's first, brain or mouth?

Who knows?

 I'm cracking up!

In any event, you're gonna "feel" like (or believe) that you feel SO much better and just "fine" by raising your beta-endorphins (via LDN, chocolate or hot peppers)!

Is THAT why I like those things, i.e. chocolate and hot peppers? (I don't do "LDN" because the other things are cheaper. Oh, and taste better, too!)

Happy Valentine's Day!
