Natalizumab neutralizing antibodies in MS appear inreased by smoking

Smoking appears to increase the likelihood of developing neutralizing antibodies to natalizumab (Tysabri, Biogen Idec), which cause the drug to have little, if any, therapeutic effect in multiple sclerosis (MS), a new study suggests.

Smoking is a bad practice for any types of disease and abnormalities. And you want to say that it has a great impact on MS also. My younger brother smokes everyday , I dislike it so much. i want that he leaves from smoking.
