Anyone on Gilinia (fingolmod) yet

Kso my spelling is terrible - is there anyone here who has started on this new oral med from Novartis yet?
I'm scheduled for my first dose Tuesday am and was wondering outside of the 6 hour observation in a cardiologist's office what should I expect!
