NABILONE - Have you tried it for pain relief?

My older brother has chronic back pain (does not have MS) and is using this drug with some success. I have been doing research and it appears some with MS pain do well on it. As there can be some serious side effects (like most prescription drugs) and it can be habit forming, I am hesitant but considering trying it to see if I experience any pain relief. Just wondering if you have tried it and what your experience has been?
