To be honest, I don't know. I THINK that she's going to be in new group of patients for III phase testing.
The problem is that everything is slow, I think that they are trying to get this drug commercial, so we must buy it. I don't care about the money, I just want to get her this drug. I'm waiting to meet her doctor and to get some informations when she could get Enkorten.

Honestly, I am very optimistic about Enkorten. I said before, I know 2 people who already had therapy with Enkorten, and their condition is better.
For example, this women, she was in the bed, she couldn't do anything, move, sit or stand. She is sitting now, in the wheelchair, able to eat, stand (not for long time, she still can't walk). She is still recieving therapy.

The other women, her general condition was better, she couldn't walk at all. Now she is able to walk with help of (i don't know the word, but it is a stick to hold it in hand- maybe you can help me to learn some words).

P.S. Friends, please, stop saying thank you, thank you... This is a smallest thing that I can do for you all. I wish if I could do even more.

I've just came home from hospital. I've spoken with this women (bed to wheelchair). Btw. her profession is farmacy. She told me that Enkorten is based on "ENDOGEN PEPTIDE". I don't know do you understand what does it mean. Anyway, she told me that Enkorten DOES NOT HAVE ANY STEROIDS, and I find that positive. She told me that she feels like she's born again. She is taking this therapy by herself now, becouse it quite easy, like insulin injections. As she said, it's just a little bit painful, becouse the dosage is larger than the insulin charges. Also, very important thing that she told me, there is NO NEGATIVE influence of this drug, like sickness, fever etc. She felt positive effect almost instantlly.

You may be selling the scientific community short here. Some treatments on the (distant) horizon are to promote repair. i.e. push the body beyond its own normal abilities of repair.

There have been mumors that Campath and FTY720 both interrupt the disease and promote repair. Maybe (hopefully) Encorten will join this list.

I am confused about how quickly it sounds to have passed through a Phase II clinical trial. Also, I would of thought a Phase III trial would of involved centres in other countries. I would even hazard a guess that the phase III planned, may not be "accepted" by the FDA?

Found this which is in English

http://www.farmacija.co.ba/ridfar.htm

FAR404

Farmacija developed FAR404 as a novel compound with an immunomodulatory activity and enables cytoprotective effects and tissue/wound healing.

It is a combination of two endogenous neuropeptides which originate from POMC hormone. Extensive preclinical studies suggest that the compound work by selectively inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines.

FAR404 has completed Clinical Trials Phase I. Results of Phase I have shown that FAR404 is a safe, non-toxic and well-tolerated bio-available compound with no side effects in healthy human volunteers.

It does not say much about what it is etc;

Phase II took more that a year. Phase III started a couple of months ago.
My only concern about approval of Enkorten by FDA, is financial. I allready wrote a potential market value of Enkorten. Many shareholders would like to see succes/failure of Enkorten. The question is who wants what more. At first, you may disagree with me, but think twice. EVERYTHING goes around money. It's easy and simple to release or stop some drug to go to the market.

hello again to you all,

I didn't write here for a long time. I'm affraid that I don't have any news for you.
I told you earlier that I'm trying to get my mom into the group to recieve Encorten therapy, but I failed. The doctors refuse to treat her with that drug, because her general condition is very poor and she is too old to recieve it (? - she is 54 yrs old)...

My friend from work, she recieved Encorten therapy, and she claims that she had very negative effects because of it. On the other hand, the doctors refuse that statemend, because she used other therapies and drugs in the same time....

I think its their treatment responsibility to ensure the patient does not take anything contradictory (i.e. would affect results negatively).

Thanks for the update.

Well, generally I agree with you, but Enkorten treatment is very easy to be taken by patients by themself (something like insulin injections), so it is very hard to control all the patients. Also, this particular patient went out of country (Swizerland), and took some other therapy there.
