This author's lack of humility put me off at first, but I am finding many good points in his information.

On page 58: After mentioning a 2006 Mayo Clinic report, published in the Archives of Neurology, about celiac disease and cognitive impairment, and the fact that researchers found white matter changes that could easily be confused with multiple sclerosis, he states, "This is the reason I always check for gluten sensitivity in patients referred to me with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis…"

On page 60: he states, "I would go so far as to say that gluten sensitivity always affects the brain."

I have only begun to read this book, but I think it has great application for MS and I recommend it based on the first 100 pages I have read.
