I would love it if we could delay it a little bit. I am going to be really busy. I will do my best to finish though.

A week would be more than enough time for me.
Would really appreciate it. Thanks.

And it looks like we have another participant. Great!

I haven't finished yet either, but not too much more left. I'm happy to start discussing it whenever people like.

My copy is in the mail so I need a bit of time too. It looks easy to read and not too big, I should be able to read it faily quickly. Just have to let the Davinci Code aside.... :D

Humble pie time folks

Yesterday my wife said to me "I cant wait for our weekend away in Wales next week!" Now where we are going doesnt even have mobile [cell] coverage so I wont be on line :(

So I suggest 14th October.

Does that suit??

Since many people havent seen St Pancras Station mentioned in the Douglas Adams book I thought I would post a couple links to some pictures.

Look at the first 'still' on this second link.

The 'real' station arch you can see in the distance is King's Cross! another London terminus.

Leaving on a trip for 10 days. That should give me time to finish the book.
I know this is not a homework so I want to appreciate this book to the fullest. The critics are mostrly positive so it should be a fun reading. Take care, Carole

I'm new here and just found this reading group. I'd definitely like to join.

I've found another thread with an update. I'll try to read the scheduled book but probably will have to wait until the next book discussion.

I wanna join! I wanna join!
Will get the book ASAP, and will be ready by 10/14 - that is unless I hate it and drop it, but I will give it a try...
