It's certainly possible that you could lose messages. Each of the Inbox, Sent, and Saved mailboxes are set to hold 100 messages. As such, each message will take up 1% of the allocated capacity. I started losing messages out of my Saved mailbox when it got to 104%. You could always send yourself a test message and then move it from the Inbox to the Saved folder. If the count stays at 116%, then you have lost a message. You may want to confirm this by taking note of the first message in the Saved folder and see if it's still there after moving your test message.

Currently, there is no means to forward the messages to oneself via email. I started loosing messages out of my Inbox and Sent folders once they reached 100%. In order to prevent the permanent loss of messages, I started copying them and saving them as text files in directories on my hard drive. I also name them by the date and time stamp of the original message so they will stay in order in the directory, e.g., '20090514-0043 nhe.txt'. Note that it's possible to search through the text files for content using the standard Windows Explorer search function. Other operating systems should have a similar search capability. Saving the messages as text files is a little tedious, but at least the messages are not lost. It's also the best option I could come up with quickly in order to prevent the loss. People more talented than myself with writing HTML could potentially come up with a system to archive the messages so that they would appear in a format similar to the website but on our local drives and with much greater capacity for storing messages. Short of being able to email the messages to oneself, that would be the ideal solution in my opinion.
