Hi All,

I wanted to introduce myself after reading and learning here for weeks.

I am 48, had MS since 1997 when I was 35 . Had an attack then but remitted fully, had another attack in 2006 (went deaf in one ear for that one) but remitted fully. Then had an attack last year 2009 and have gone downhill since. Now at 6.5 on EDSS scale.

When I was first diagnosed all the drugs was experimental, so I never tried them. I thought it was psychosomatic so I treated it with spiritual counselling, which worked well. But then last year my spiritual counselling didn't make me well again, so I turned to the internet.

I ran across this wonderful board and a ton of information about CCSVI and Liberation, plus Ashton Embry's site and many more. A far cry from the dearth of info available in 1997!

I am now scheduled for Liberation later this month, and I just inclined my bed (actually my husband did the hard work) as something I can do while I wait along with BBD.

Cheers!

Laura
