shots vs pills

Hello i am new to this site.
I have been dx since 93 with rr ms. I have had several different neuro. tell me to take a shot that would help "in the long run" well I have but have found them to be so painful that I stoped. I havnt had any treatment for about 7yrs and I concidering it again. I have found out that there is a new pill on the market but not alot of case history to go with it.
My question: is there anyone out there on this pill and what are your veiw points? its called Gilenya

If you google "John McDougall" and go to his web site there is a video there that explains why you shouldn't take the medications. Watch his video and it will explain about "the Multiple Sclerosis Risk Sharing Scheme" which was a study done in England which showed people taking the drugs did worse than those who didn't take them. Diet is the key to fighting this disease. Dr. Swank has a diet which he has studied for over 50 years which has shown good results in fighting MS. Google his name and he has a web site on line. Check out his diet.
