Anti-inflammatories, anyone?

Hi,
Finally joined ThisIsMS after a couple of years lurking! Rejected an MS dx several years ago but officially diagnosed in early 2012. Wasn't sure whether to post my question in the "Will the real MS please stand up" thread or in Introductions.
I can't get through more than a few days without Celebrex (anti-inflammatory) -- too much pain. (I also take Copaxone, Amantadine and Elavil.) My question is: do other MS'ers take anti-inflammatories? I can't seem to find much evidence that they do. If MS is related to inflammation, wouldn't it make sense?
Any insight others have is very much appreciated.
