I am Sandra from Sweden.23 years old,diagnosed with MS 2 months ago and have been taking avonex since then.Reading a lot about Swanks diet,and i put my faith more into lifestyle change than medicine,but my plan is to do both things

What scares me most is the fact that sooner or later i will come to the secondary progressive phase,but i have hopes that in 15-20 years they will have treatment for SPMS too

The treatment for all neurological disease is to remove the toxins and give the body what it needs to heal itself. The food we eat is the key to getting better. Keep reading the information which is out there and you can get better. Not sure if drugs are the answer.
