Hi everyone,
My hubby woke up 2 wks ago paralyzed on his left side. That was his introduction I into the world of MS.

Three days later he turned 37.

He has nearly recovered probably 90%.

Here I find myself reading all of your stories and Info trying to sort it all out.

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. It's been great resource for us.

Belle
(Spouse - diagosed with MS 3-26-13)

Sorry to hear about your husband, but welcome to the group. I'm a "newbie" diagnosis too-- just last week-- and it's so helpful to have support here. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. We are on a rollercoaster ride that is sure not to ever let us off. We're having a down day. He's exhausted and in bed today by 4:30pm. We are so not used to this controlling our lives. Well, at least we aren't going through it alone.
Take care,
Angie

I hope your hubbie does well! Was he given the test for NMO? I just went to a new Neurologist and that was the first test he ordered for me. It is rare, but the treatment is supposed to be different.

Thanks for the suggestion. After my internet search of NMO, I will definitely mention it to the neuro on our next visit. I also realize from these boards that he also needs some other bloodwork done to check other nutrient levels.
