new to page but not MS

I was diagnosed in 1998 so had for while just started techfidera its been OK some side effects but found if I took my skinny fiber I use for weight loss I had none my biggest issue I have with taking meds is remembering to take them 
I have been doing a lot better but not 100% feeling was. Off ms drug for almost a year do to side effects from the other drugs well that's what's up with me have 4 great kiddos and almost full grown just love my skinny fiber is helping with side effects and I am down 50lbs which is so helping have cane but hate to use it makes me feel old lol well have great day
