I'm new here. A colleague of mine pointed me to this site. I was given an initial diagnosis of MS on Dec 30th, and i have additional tests over the next two weeks. Tomorrow i go in for EVOKES and i have a lumbar puncture scheduled for the 17th. I actually posted about my story here:

I plan to continue to post about the journey. Right now I've just been doing a lot of research about all different types of things from diet, to supplements to treatments, and other lifestyle things. Currently right now, my symptoms are very minor (from my perspective) and i feel very lucky/blessed for that. But, i want to take it seriously as well and do what i can to limit/prevent stuff down the road.

You are doing the right thing by doing the research because healing is up to you. You have a doctor inside your body and if you give it what it needs you can get better. Holistic doctors understand this and have very good results in treating autoimmune disease. Diet is the key to getting your health back.
