Hi everyone,

I'm Trish. I've been dx'ed for about 9 years. In two weeks I'll have my 7th or 8th Tysabri infusion. I had previously used Copaxone, Rebif and Novantrone without good results. The depression from the Rebif was unbearable.

Tysabri has been good for me so far. I have not had a serious relapse since I started it. I've noticed that I have kind of lost my appetite and I've lost about 15 - 20 lbs. I picked up a bug this week and I'm coming down with something hard. I'm nervous because before Tysabri, I would experience enormous fatigue and relapse when I got any kind of infection. So, we'll see.

I'm glad I found this community and hope to participate when I am feeling a little more energetic.

Welcome Trish from a Colorado neighbor. Hope you get to feeling better. Seems like there is alot of bronchial "stuff" going around. Take care of yourself.

Where can I get some of that?

It's the Tysabri! It has, for better or worse, completely changed my relationship with food. I have a much narrower selection of foods that I can stand to eat, and I am eating so much less. I'm not complaining yet - but if I lose another 10 lbs it'll be too much. I heard from another Tysabri person at my blog that the same thing was happening to her.

I no longer live to eat, though I still do live for caffeine :-)

Nice to meet you...BUT I want you to know I am extremely jealous you live in Colorado :p If it was not for my work and family in Texas I would move up there and live in the cooler temperatures and among the mountains!
