New from Colorado

First, thanks to all of those who work to keep this website "up and running". I have found it to be a tremendous source of information.
I am 61 years of age, female, doting grandmother, golfer, and CFO of a firm in Colorado. I was dx with MS in the summer of 2003 - I have had symptoms for years, but they always went away or they were too mild to be of concern. I have a family history - my brother was dx about twenty years ago - seems like the doctors would have been suspicious of my symptoms. I decided not to go on the CRABs - I did not want to take a chance of being sick all the time. So, the vitamins, exercise and a little change in my diet is my plan of attack. Fortunately, I do not have a lot of the symptoms of many MSers, and my MRI's show no change in the lesions since 2003
I am currently in a research program for MS patients involving exercise.
I will post my thoughts on it in another forum.
Regards,
Sharon
