This looks like a great forum.
Who posted before in introductions about aerobics?
I am a former *grin* aerobics instructor, dance teacher, fitness professional.
I moved in 1999 and my aerobic classes decreased to 2x a week.
Now I am not teaching at all and usually do an hour a day on the treadmill.
I have been lifting weights also.
I think the neuro said I was in too good a shape to have MS!
And presenting symptoms at 50 was unusual.
My health and fitness commitment has most probably kept me from *presenting* I also was pretty diet aware, and a vitamin junkie.
Who else is thinking a healthy life style kept their symptoms hidden?
Currently I have balance problems, gait is unsteady, fatigue, *cloudy* days where I am easily confused. Loss of words, cant finish a sentence.
I am anxious to start taking Provigil next week and Avonex soon after that.
I want to increase my workout time, once I get my energy back, because I want too keep the weight off!
Is anyone using any type of diet plan?
Atkins is my woe for a long time, and I worry about the higher fat diet and MS...
Any thoughts?
