No offense to anyone here, but I'm inclined to take Dr. Klenners advice with a grain of salt. I looked him up as recommended and the biggest and first thing I read about him was his claims involving Vitamin C as a cure for polio (along with a long list of other diseases) in the late 1940's and into the 1950's. The dose that he claims to have given his patients both the intravenous and oral were so high as to be toxic. He said toxicity was not an issue, but I know from personal experience that taking 1000mg of Vit. C 2 -3 times per day depending on the weight of the person taking it, will cause severe vomiting and diarrhea, which leads to dehydration and malnutrition. That said, I'm not saying that his ideas are completely without value, but I don't think anyone should follow him with the religious fervor that some appear to have.
My advice to anyone would be this: Never take what anyone says - regardless of their "qualifications" - as gospel. Listen with an open mind and an open heart and take what makes sense to you and research it with reputable sources (plural). Never use one source for all your research. Look to multiple sources and then research their sources. Don't just take a source's word for it. Read the material from multiple studies sited by your sources. See the pattern here? Research then research the research and the studies that back up the research. Checks and balances.
