Not really sure what this treatment is and it sounds expensive (but worth it if it worked)

I caught a spot on TV today that may or may not have relevance for MS repair. It seems that some people with spinal cord injuries have gone to some place in Portugal and had stem cells taken from their nose(!) and surgically implanted in their spines! AND they see improvement they didn't have before--sensations in their legs, even some movement!!! Cost is $100,000 and NOT covered by insurance.

Some problems are seeing advancements, maybe MS's will come soon.

Apparently a fellow MSer Pierre Frey was treated with some early success with stem cells in china. The link is here

I am on abx and am doing better yet have some deficits that will possibly need such a treatment. This interests me.
