May 15th 2013 Experimental use of stem-cell therapy approved for Italy

This is a big victory for adult stem cells and the patients who need them! In March there were protests in the streets of Italy over the denial of access to adult stem cell therapy. Approved by the
Italian Ministry of Health, and 3 million euro from the national health fund will be allocated.
