Wonder what Ashton Embry would have to say about this?

Which of those supplements listed in the article does Ashton recommend for people with MS?

Thanks!

The article states:"
Of the more than 54,000 dietary supplement products in the Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database, only about a third have some level of safety and effectiveness that is supported by scientific evidence,"

I would have to go the entire list Sharon to give you that info.

Well then, get started. Just kidding Scorp.

If I understand correctly, that's about 18,000 supplements that have some info on safety and effectiveness. Many more than I would've imagined.

As for Ashton, I do believe he recommends Vitamin D3 and I am not planning on giving it up. Here's some recent research from the Annals of Neurology.

Vitamin D status is associated with relapse rate in pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis
After adjustment for age, gender, race, ethnicity, disease duration, disease-modifying therapy, and length of follow-up,

every 10 ng/ml increase in the adjusted 25-hydroxyvitamin D(3) level was associated with a 34% decrease in the rate of subsequent relapses (incidence rate ratio, 0.66; 95% confidence interval, 0.46-0.95; p = 0.024).

Hi JL :)

I can't forget one of your early posts about how all roads lead to......Vitamin D. It was a classic.

Keep up the good work moderating. I really, really appreciate it.
