Healing MS - Ann Boroch

Hi everyone,

How many of you have read Ann Boroch's book and have benefited from her diet? I just started it last night after a friend sent me a link to her segment on Montel. So far I feel that it is too extreme for me but I'm very curious to hear what others have to say about it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE food and cooking and can't imagine my life being full with cutting so much out of my diet. I truly feel it would make me depressed...but so would losing my mobility. Since my neurologist says that technically I have CIS, I wonder if I am at a point where I need to do something this drastic. If it weren't for my mild ON and back stiffness (doc says that is due to stress) I wouldn't even know I was sick right now.

Counting my blessings and curious to hear what you think,

Liz :)

Hi surfbird,

My husband was diagnosed with MS (first PPMS, recently changed to SPMS). We have Ann Boroch's book and I really like it. We are already on Dr. Wahls Paleo Plus diet, which is a little more extreme than Ann's diet.

What I'm curious about is the other things she mentions - like getting your fillings removed, and taking Nystatin. This is all so new to us. I'm not sure how we would we even know if he needed Nystatin...Anyway. I'm also curious as to others opinions on her treatment suggestions.
