Since I think that simply editing a previous post will not cause that post to be bumped into the "new" category, I will create a new thread:

Today the Dr. Oz Show reran a September program with the topic of constipation/diarrhea. He suggested a diet for diarrhea with the acronym BOAT (Bananas, Oatmeal, Applesauce, Toast); his website offers a recipe for an antidiarrheal drink (of coconut water, orange juice, salt):

The banana and zinc seems to keep my diarrhea at bay until now.
