Saying Hello

Hello Everyone,
I just found this forum yesterday, in my search for friends who are treating their MS naturally. My name is Aly, and I am a 37 year old gentleman. I was diagnosed in July of last year, and made the decision pretty quickly, that I was going to go the natural/holistic route for healing.
I started talking to friends, and was quickly introduced to the book Green For Life, and have been making and consuming green smoothies since September of last year, which I have made more green concentrated as I got used to them. I also take quite a few Swanson brand supplements which I found from online research, which ones were helpful for MS.
I joined a local MS support group, which is very nice, but I have not attended in a while, since noi one there is going the natural route.
In the last few months, I have started getting colon cleanses as well as massages every three weeks.
I did try going gluten and dairy free for a month, but decided to go back to just having them in moderation, as I felt worse not having them in my diet.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello, and give a little history of my journey so far. It would be so nice to make a friend or two here who are taking similar routes to treat/heal their MS.
Happy to be here, and I look forward to hearing from nice people, who would like to help each other, through sharing our healing experiences.
