... cause diarrhea?

i normally take magnesium glycinate but cant seem to find any

so what is the next best form of magnesium that doesnt cause laxative effects?

can you order mag glycinate online via iherb? other than that i would go for mag citrate but you would have to be more careful. other than that i'm not sure what you think about soaking in magnesium solution, or applying it topically?? if that sounds like an option you can work on hunting down magnesium sulfate crystals or magnesium chloride flakes

How about magnesium oil, which is rubbed into the skin. Very absorbable, don't have to drink anything.

Magnesium oil is great for sure.
If one really wants to experience what magnesium can do, magnesium oil is the way to go.
Don't forget to be sufficiently hydrated also
