Copper Supplements

Does anyone use copper supplements and if so where do you source them from. The supplements with copper I've found on the net are all added to zinc. Any source in the UK would be appreciated.

i don't take copper - i read quite a bit about it in the past and i know my mag and zinc were down, but not copper as far as i know.
i was zinc deficient and i expected that correcting my zinc deficiency would drive my copper down a bit but instead it went from 18.2 to 19 point something i can't remember. if i get a bit more time i'll look at those articles and see if i can refresh my memory on the copper levels in healthy controls.
off the top i can see in that first pdf that the zinc numbers are not in the same units i use so i'll pass on that for now and get back into it a bit later - want to get some other work done this morning!
