The BBC ran the following article (apologies if it has been posted already) about treating asthma with abx due to the involvement of CPn.

Oh, thank you Bromley for thinking of us. I hope you, your wife and family had a good break in Mauritius. I did see this story and it ties in quite nicely with this:

Admittedly, like me, it is only anecdotal, but the antibiotic regime I have been following certainly cleared up my asthma, although I wasn't taking it with that in mind.

But here is some more info:

CPn Help/?q=research_articles - loads of links to different pages on pub-med and other places.

I have been on the abx regimen since January 2005. I'm not sure that it has assisted my PPMS, yet. However, on reflection, the abx regimen may have controlled my asthma. I have had asthma for about the same length of time as MS (25 years). At its worst, my asthma has been about medium impact, although for the past year or so I have experienced nothing. So, maybe there might be something in the Cpn link to both asthma and MS.
Regards,
Phil :)

Hello again Phil! Gosh, you had best stick at it then, because it certainly cleared up my asthma: it was one of the first things to go.
