Especially in feet and hands..I would like to ask a question>>Does physical activity worsen these symptoms in you? I don't mean extreme/intensive physical activity like walking all over a store or bicycling or anything like that. I'm just talking about doing regular daily activities like some house cleaning or standing up while cooking or getting around house on two feet. And do any of you have the pins and needles sensation and numbness non-stop and it does get worse if you do some minimal physical activity and so it's lessening what you do and can do? Thanks for answering.

Yes. I've had this. Some meds have made it go away but wound up not being good for one reason or another. I've found it can be related to nutrient imbalance. B complex helps sometimes. So does iron and copper at the moment (don't have exercise induced buzzing now...just baseline weirdness). B complex you could try without testing...it's water soluble so excess should just flush out. I wouldn't touch copper or iron (other than mini doses in a multi) without testing levels. You could try boosting iron/copper rich foods. That said, I really think the imbalances will be unique to the individual so testing is essential. It's amazing how many nutrient deficiencies can cause sensory issues. I never had a clue until my nutrient levels went completely haywire. If you do try supplements, mind your co factors and retest! Taking any one nutrient can set off another imbalance.
