I had a wierd dream last week, where my walking had returned to normal. I was awake for a few minutes before i realised it wasnt a memory of the previous day, but a dream.

As for the tingling just being at your tips, I think thats how my hand tingling actually faded. And now as the tingling in my feet fades (SLOWLY) its mostly in the underside of the joints of my toes to my foot.

interesting :)

How about this one? I have started remembering my dreams again lately. I dream that my mom calls me and tells me that there is a cure for MS. She tells me that it's a drug that starts with a "K." I tell her that I don't think that can be true because there was no drug starting with the letter K in dignan's list in phase three. Then I tell her that it might be Campath. They might have spelled it wrong. I also remember that I am very disappointed that I was wrong about Tovaxin ending up as cure. In real life I am sure I won't care what the name of the drug is or how it is spelled. i wouldn't even care if it's not Tovaxin. Stupid dreams.

So what do you think about Tovaxin anyways? Do you thing it has the capability to restore you to the way you were prior to being diagnosed? From what i've read it gives the body a greater opportunity to repair itself than the previous crabs have. It also has shown in recent phase I / II trials to decrease attacks by 92%. It may not be a cure but cure or not if an ongoing treatment can restore me physically / mentally to the way I was prior to the MS taking hold i'm all for it.

Hi
I am not sure what causes MS but I do think that Tovaxin has potential. It won't be a cure. It'll be something like diabetes where you can monitor and correct the immune system when it is misbehaving. There are just two things that I worry about with the vaccine. I worry about the risk that chances of having cancer would increase or that it would wipe out the whole immune system accidentally. I just hope they hurry up with the stem cells because even if the whole immune is wiped out, we can just infuse some stem cells and everything would be ok. That's just what I think. I probably have no idea what the heck I am talking about. I have greater faith in stem cells but that won't be for a while thanx to my favorite person in the whole world. Thank god US is not the only country working on it.
