Anyone heard of cooling pillows? Do you have one? Recommend it?

In the summer I use cold packs, I also have some cold wrist and neck wraps and a cooling vest. If my body temperature rises even a small amount I am really spastic.
If I know I will have to get into the car after it has been parked in the sun, I have a few cold packs in a freezer box ready and I just take them out and put them on me. It seems to work.
I also use them in other situations where I have to do things in the heat.

I'm looking for something for sleep though... I have cold packs and tried them on my pillow and:
- they are too cold at first and then the cold goes away TOO quickly
- they move
- they aren't that comfortable

I'm a really sucky sleeper, so those things don't help.

I recently found this online:
http://www.polar-pillow.com/

but hesitant as it's not cheap... Anyone try this?
