Long term effects

I was recently approved for this medication. I am also on the much younger spectrum in the population of MS.
Does any one have any long term experience with the medication?
For example:
Can I go into remission? Is this decided on MRIs?
How are organ functions long term?
Long term side effects if I come off the medication?
