Enrollment in Shared Solutions and Discount Program

I started on Copax 20 days ago today. It's going well.
Last week, I got a call from Shared Solutions and they offer to sign me up for a discount program that pays my copay. "Great, send me the sign up form" I said.
Yesterday I received the form plus another form. In order to get the discount, I must enroll in Shared Solutions. By signing the enrollment paper, I agree to let them access and use my Personal Health Information (PHI) from my doctor and pharmacy for "insurance benefit investigation, produscts, supplies, programs and to conduct market analysis. I must also agree to "once this PHI is disclosed to TEVA, it is no longer protected under federal privacy laws and may be re-disclosed."
So for the amount of my monthly copay, I am being asked to give away my health privacy. What say you?
