Copaxone

Hi everyone,
A family member of mine has MS and comes under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme in Australia, therefore his copaxone is subsidised to a manageable level. He is moving to Singapore however and can't quite work out how to work it without having to come back to Australia every 6 months. Does anyone have any experience in this situation?
