Hello all

My husband has FINALLY got an appointment with an interventional radiologist next week in the UK and he is currently taking LDN and aspirin for his MS symptoms.

Would anybody happen to know if taking these drugs actually affects the tests that are carried out for CCSVI.

Thanks

Nx

No they don't effect the tests.

Can I ask which hospital you are seeing this interventional radiologist at?

Charing Cross? Lister?

Hi L

We are seeing him at the end of next week. He is aware and interested in the CCSVI theory, but is not convinced by it. He told us that he will keep an open mind etc. and has already tested a couple of people, but have got negative results from it.

I think it would be inappropriate to post his details at this stage without his permission. We will of course ask him next week if it would be ok. I am sure it will be, but just out of courtesy will we ask him.

Hope you will all understand.

Thanks

Nx

Nx,

please do bring the protocols with you and give it to him printed.

Here is the MRV protocol from Haacke:

titled "scanning protocol"

and for ultrasound: http://csvi-ms.net/files/multiple%20sclerosis-USG.pdf
and please notify us about the results :)
