Folks,
As most of might know already that authors of this book tried to dispel lot of myths around economics as we know it.

We have debated many times on this forum how providing good health can be bad economics. CCSVI being a case in point. I was thinking if we can approach the authors of this book, Levit and Dubner, with some background info on CCSVI.
